It went down very nice Derek I've been cutting down on the portions lately, I ordered a pair of jeans & I'm at the top end of the waist measurements .

It was either that or the missus threatened to drag me to weightwatchers with her.

Good morning Phil, Top selfie Sir What a great place to get a breakfast at. I always fancied visiting the Ace cafe when I used to get out & about at Classic car shows with the American cars I used to have.

I was watching those Rank organisation series of short films called 'Look at life' on youtube from the 1950's & 60's and the Ace cafe featured with the BSA 'Cafe racers' motorbikes.

Oh! by the way I've just managed to order a cream leather recliner chair that's made for the smaller room (conservatory) after a week of looking.

Asking people on ebay to supply the chair sizes was like pulling teeth. Most of them never replied

I'm having a bad day I guess, been up all night and had got up at about 7 o'clock yesterday morning, not getting any feedback from about twenty odd websites on my metal album I did release on this morning, this sucks but I wonder Gary Numan had it this tough when he launched his first Industrial metal album, I might change things a bit on next week's release. push the release back a few weeks and just make some classical rock songs for its final master. I guess my singing has probably embarrassed people saying anything negative when I know I can not sing to save my life...I just want some criticism, so I can make changes and not just lose three months of planning down the toilet. Any hope everyone enjoy their Saturday's and I'll talk later...

I think we've just started the monsoon season up 'ere - just had a violent, but thankfully short lived downpour, with hail the size of marbles bouncing around. My daughter and her husband to be are up on the Moors somewhere in a tent for the weekend
