I always keep my metadata present on any images I post on Flickr. Any photos I post on here are hosted from my Flickr account so clicking on the photo should open it in Flickr where the metadata is posted along with the image. I always shoot in manual mode to allow me to set aperture, shutter, white balance etc. I set my own ISO when I have control of the lighting or it remains constant. If the light is changing and I'm in a fast paced shoot environment such as Motorsport or indeed an Airshow then I set the ISO to auto so that part of the exposure triangle is taken care of for me. More important to me is to nail aperture and shutter as they dictate the 'look' of the image I'm wanting
