Who was it?
Who was the first Club Member you met,and what was the reason for the meet up.
Me, it was Brian (Actros) I bought some towing mirrors off him and met him between Lincoln and Brigg to collect them,I was on a fishing holiday in Lincs at the time.

I'm pretty sure it was Derek (derekosb) amongst others.......it was the first Scottish mini meet , I think though I met Derek before that, probably in some dodgy Tesco carpark.

RabettRover aka Lewis when he used to organise the Maningtree Car Show meet.
He wasn't even old enough to drive then but had a massive passion for our cars

Reebs at the first ever National I attended at the Attwell museum in Calne Wilts. Not sure what people thought of Banana rolling in.
Got to meet Ian and Jan, Mr Mrs Redfive, been good friends ever since. Met lots of other owners as well, most have kept in touch. Saw my first MG ZT 260 and instantly fell in love.

Patrolman Pete at Washington Services, en route to the coldest coach park in the UK - at the Metro Centre. A Sunday afternoon meet, attended by RPWC, various others and the immortal Marinabrian - my 115bhp 75 went home quite a bit quicker than the outward journey
