Most desirable personalised plates?
I suspect some of these actually exist, but if money was no object what would you want your plates to say? Here's a few to get you folks going.

ROV3R was sold at auction by the DVLA last year for £1300. It was up at £7995 at a dealers 1 week later!
I have SE04 ROV on a Contemporary SE, which ain't bad, but numbers for our cars are either sold or due for DVLA auction. Was quite pleased to pick up J45UAR a few years ago for one of my Jaguars, along with 4 SOV. I do like my personal plates! The best extra a car can have. |

Vanity?

I've recently put SE55 ROV on mine - mainly because 1) I didn't like the registration it had since 2010 and thought it deserved better, and; 2) It was first registered with a plate that was the owners initials and name (if you take a 1 to be an I). However, I baulked at spending £800 on buying MG55 ROV.

I meant to say in the last post that my Connie had been previously registered as G2RLD. (Gerald)
Anyone recognise it? |

There's a Chrysler 300 estate around here with MU51 CEN (musician). Guy retired from the music business.
Years ago I looked at G1 NGS for my wife, her name is Ging. Nearest I got was to put the reg on a model of an Audi TT, the price was £12,000 |
