Just crawled out of bed after 3 days,my throat a has been ripped out with barb wire and all the coughing has made my stomach walls ache.

So I have been dosed up with Paracetamol and vit c.

With all the issues that my fellow chillouters have,I am in fact a picture of health, compared to them,so Its always the same there is always someone worse off somewhereToday I will be a Couch Potato

Soon I'll find repose

And then I'll hold you in my dreams

Don't think you need to lose any weight though Richard

Seriously though, I lost over half a stone through Christmas and I aim to keep slowly losing a little each week and to eat more healthily as well.
I think if you cut out everything you like and crash diet you are likely to rebel against it and revert back to old ways.
Best to make small adjustments and not deny yourself completely.

Keep yourself warm and hydrated Steve.
Hope you're feeling better soon.
Best I don't invite you over to the boat next Monday, will be up the week after as well though if you fancy it

Not sure what to say other than thinking of your sister and you all at this time Rod.

I hope the oncologist can give you some positives out of the visit.

Morning, had an early night last night . . . . feel no better for it, tossed and turned most of the night. My other half nagged me into taking the girls out with her yesterday afternoon, I didn't want to and wish I hadn't! Sat down when I got home to the room slowly spinning. Concussion sucks!
