Default I may need to make teo or three of these

I have a problem with the hinge on a upvc door. I have no idea what the hinge type is called, who makes/made it or what I can use to replace it.

I may have to make two or three of these. I do not have a milling machine and so I think it would be 3 parts, top and bottom brazed or welded to the centre. May even need to buy a longer tap.

A challenge if ever I have faced one.

No problem Ian, just for the record, I was head of maintenance and toolmaker for this outfit for a good number of years LINK and I'd say the flag hinges in your picture are manufactured by Avocet

Best of luck
