I can only echo the words that have been said and to wish you all the very best.
We have not met but I see you have friends on here that has met you. If you feel like coming on to write then don`t hesitate, car club does not come into it, after all if we were in the pub not every conservation would be about cars. God bless you Sir. Ken. |

Bravest single post I have ever read on here Gary. Nothing more to say that hasn't been said. We wish you all the best. If it helps to talk and share that is part of what we are about. Don't hold back.

I can't add anything to the words of wisdom and sympathy so eloquently expressed by the guys in the posts above.
Posts like yours really do put our pathetic whines, rants and complaints into perspective. My thoughts are with you and yours. |

Grandy. We met at that meeting in or near Wolverhampton last year as you'd remember, It was great to put a face to a name, I've got a good pic of you on that day. It's a case of no one ever knows what to say but everyone will offer support. I really admire your courage to meet this head on. Best wishes and God bless.

Oh Grandy.
I think the only way to deal with this is to spend your time thinking of the Marvellous Times you and your Wife had together. Think back to your 'Courting' days, weren't they fantastic. You were looking to marry the most 'Fabulous Girl' in the world. You did, and had 59 fantastic years together. When times get tough, revisit those times, The companionship, The 'Kisses & Cuddles', and all the other private moments you had together. Those memories are your's alone, and no-one can take them away from you. Re-visit all those private and very personal memories, and I'm sure when you meet again, you will love her more than ever. She has not left you, she's just waiting for you so that you can spend an 'Eternity' together. Words can't really explain, but our thoughts are with you. trimani (ALF) |

Hi Grandy,
I'm saddened to hear your cancer has returned and is terminal. It's an illness that has effected every family in one way or another and I can't begin to imaging the heartache you are going through. Stay strong and keep fighting.
