Hi Christopher,

As you haven't got the yellow/blue/green
Connector you will need to cut the red plug off the Navall3 loom and splice the two wires (Orange and Black) into the blue/orange and blue/purple wires in the car loom.
It does not matter which way round you do it

Ps.....ignore the separate brown key 1 wire

Ok I thought black was ground and avoided. I went with the brown/black and orange/black. So need to retrace my steps.

Units powers up but I can't find the steering wheel control icon/app anywhere - where is it??

Black is ground and very much used

The swc controls are under settings/general/steering wheel controls .

Here's one of my super famous videos

Just to tidy up - for anyone doing this with a Harmonie if you don't have the small multi coloured plugs on your loom - just the BMW round pin block:

Pick out the blue/green and blue/orange (pins 10 & 17) from the BMW connect and cut there and then join to the orange/black and black wires (after cutting from the lone red connector on the Navall loom).

Worked straight away

Thanks Coolcat.

Now figure out what this thing does!
