Can't be sure as every time I've installed them the first thing you do anyway is spin the app up so you can check the positioning of the camera before fixing it to the windscreen

Front camera button just brings up blank black screen with the EXIT button bottom left corner. Pressing DVR brings up camera view with all the controls, just need to figure out what does what in there. What does anyone think the best "looping" is 1or2or3 minutes?? What does DOG GUARD do ?? On DAB is the aerial better vertical or horizontal?? TV with two aerials is it better for one vertical and one horizontal?? I`m stuck now as nothing will update, I`m going to have to take off a couple more apps Ken. |

In theory vertical would be the way to go for your DAB aerial as transmissions are broadcast vertically . I have found however that the aerial seems to work best horizontally polarised for some strange reason. I would suggest trying it both ways before sticking it With DVB national broadcasts are horizontal and only local fill in repeater transmitters use vertical so I would stick your TV aerials horizontal for both . I have my camera set to 5 minutes loop so I can make a nice video of a journey should I wish I have no idea what Dog Guard mode is Front camera is for exactly that, a front mounted camera like the reversing camera. There is another RCA socket for it on the loom. It has nothing to do with the DVR

Just installing my NAVALL3 and have come across a cable marked "KEY1", looking though previous threads it talks about SWC.
However i have followed instruction to splice the two cables from the red plug into the corresponding cables in the loom, so where do i splice the "KEY1" cable. |

Installed my NAVALL 3 overall I am impressed the sound is much better and I am sure the functionality when I get the bugs ironed out will be good, however i have the following problems and would like some help from you guys if possible.
1) The front DVR camera powers up but does not show on the screen all i get in this:- 2) When i changed the LOGO to MG it booted up with the following message:- 3) The rear parking camera does not work, is there a setting somewhere to change the screen to show the camera feed, i would have thought it was automatic when you put it into reverse. 4) Iannot get the unit to fit, i need to move the cables at the back. There is a white box which is attached to the wiring loom that drive the old radio, what is it? can i remove it? I have attached a subwoofer, is there anywhere i can set the crossover frequency? |

Incidentally - I always meant to ask, the Android logo to the top left of your image does that actually appear on your screen? I've seen it mentioned in the "instructions" but it doesn't appear on mine ... supposed to be a 'home' button of sorts??
Just curious!
