Front armrest
Hi, just sorting a few niggly rattles and one the annoys me is the front centre armrest creaks when used, and sounds a bit cheap! Does anyone know how to stop it making noise?

Get the O/H to fill it full of "junk" then the lid will be so tight it won't get the opportunity to rattle .....

Spray all the movable areas with invisible silicone lube (aerosol). It's good for creaky dashboards too.

Thank you i will give this a go! Will try the silicone spray on the creak that happens on bumps by the drivers side vent.. think its the wood trim or the trim around light switch as it feels loose

Thread moved to a more appropriate forum. Re-direct left in old. This may be the better forum as threads get ‘lost’ very quickly in the General Forum.
