The top broken stud will just tap out,I broke one and found it's just on splines, like wheel studs.
Then on a scrap car, just remove a good stud nut and tap out a good stud with a centre punch or thinner bolt,so as not to damage the thread, catch it under neath and feed it up on yours, when you tighten the nut ,to the correct torque setting,it will draw the stud up.
You can use a telescopic magnet to feed it up to your hole ,to make it easier.
You obviously need the other things putting right aswell.

Well , they were adamant that one of the top mount bolt was already missing , then I didn't give them the dust cover slip blah blah , just to cover their a**e . Then I explained them it wasn't the case and said I took photos before leaving the car to them . Then they try to dismiss the situation and told me they will fix it . They just drilled the old bolt out and put a new one in top mount and manage to shrunk on of the top mount bush , so the thread is higher one side then the other side .

So is it still not fixed? i'd be calling DVSA and reporting them.... you cannot accept that.
And the fact they are trying to say it was already there... wow.

I mean honestly its not even a hard job to mess up yet someone they've managed it.
