The sensor pushes into a shaped cutout in the backplate of the inner pad (front and rear RHS brakes). This shows the two pads and the special cutout.



EDIT: I believe the correct strategy is to fit the clip into the backplate first. Then push in the sensor head.

Ahh right. I noticed on your piccie it is the inner pad. Starting tomorrow I will be working on getting Mo back to health. The new radiator arrived today. I'll have a quick practice on the one I got from Nige B, as that has the fan and a/c condenser attached. But it's the brakes I want to get working perfectly, I'm sure the disc isn't seated quite right.

I just super glued mine in. Don't know why because I always check my discs and pads every three months. Look at my discs every day for anything going wrong like lines starting to come on disks from trapped stones etc. Yes, sick I know.[/COLOR][/B]
