Forum downtime
Dear all - apologies for the unscheduled forum downtime - I am not quite sure what the cause was but we have managed to get it up and running again. We will be monitoring to see if there are any remaining issues, but in the meantime all seems well.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our members a wonderful and safe Christmas and New Year. Best

Yes. I thought it might be something like that going on. I reckon Christopher has got the army on standby. I watched a programme not long ago on the tele about our latest navy warship. They were sailing towards Crimea on the Black Sea.They we’re buzzed by 17 Russian planes, and the captain of the ship told them to stay away because if they turned their radar up high, it would interfere with their instruments . They stayed away. Perhaps that is what we need at Gatwick. Thanks for getting the system up and running again Christopher.

Try banging the box with the most wires coming out of it, switching it off and on again, and swearing loudly at it. Usually works for me.
Glad you've got it sorted, and happy it wasn't only me with a problem

I'd only just paid my tenner to renew my subs - good to see everything back up and running.
Merry Christmas to one and all! |
