Very nice. And, seems cheap. Buy it.

anyone wanting to look at it, check it over thoroughly. The bonnet is not sitting right, and has a couple of small dents, likely pushed down too hard. It may of course just need the bumper and latches sorted though, but look at the right hand side. (as well as a really good polish someone has taken a to cleaning it with a brillo pad). It is though, the nicest Nocturne I have seen, it is not a colour I can 'get', the images for me, show the appeal of it.

I've just come accross this old thread and thought I'd let you know that I bought this last year.
I had a few issues ,but sorted them out,oh and thanks Big Russ for getting my spare key sorted.
I'm used to mk1's but quite like the contrast of this one,and the Nocturne, colour, has grown on me,overall it's a very nice car.
I've removed the Nokia holder(they were very good phones)as it was a passenger knee obstacle.Got to fit the cup holders now, inc, back seat ones.
Fixed xenon self levelling issue(thanks to the forum)-was the wires shorting on the front chasis rail.
I need to get a cover for it,to preserve that 'rare' colour, for when I'm back in Gozo.
Ken.
