I left my farecla mitt at work so ordered another one from this seller to give me something to do during furlough. It took 2 weeks and arrived yesterday. They posted it on the date they said according to the stamp date on the packaging so it wasn't their fault but caused by the royal mail running slow due to reduced staff at the moment. It would be quicker to click and collect at Halfords if you want it quick.

Wash car down first with Water/ shampoo so no dust on it, rinse the proceed with the clay mitt. do one panel at a time and do not let the panel get dry or the mitt, keep dipping and spraying as you go.

Have to say, not heard of these clay mitts before so might look at one. The ZT lives in the garage and having clayed it probably doesn't need doing too often, but my Volvo lives by the roadside and can feel the grit on this and i have clayed it previous so the mitt might be better on this (and being an estate there is a lot of roof to clean and polish)

Hi kelvin.
I too had not heard of them before, that was until Mark (Max1) showed me his and how it had transformed is paint work on his Tourer last year, was really impressed so purchased a couple my self, and did my tourer.

Many thanks for all your replies, I have ordered a Farecla G3 pro clay mitt and G3 pro rapid detailer. Just got to wait until they turn up, hope the weather is reasonable then and get on with it. Stay safe everyone.

Default Autoglym Clay Bar Kit

I bought the Autoglym clay bar kit with detailing spray. Lovely stuff imo, had the car machine polished as well and the overall finish was outstanding! Was really really impressed! The auto detailer also smelled fantastic! You spend a little more for it, but overall a great piece of kit!

Another advocate for the clay mitt, so easy to use compared with a lump of clay which I’ll guarantee you’ll keep dropping and have to throw away

Ordered my Farecla G3 Pro late Friday night from Amazon Prime for £11.49 and it's supposedly arriving today before 9pm.
