2 on ebay locally - worth going for?
So, I didn't bother posting the first one which ends today anyway but will now for the completeness of the thread.
Im after a tourer (diesel, auto) , leaning toward the ZTT (early model preferred) and this one is local but a start of £900 puts me off and looks like it will end without a sale anyway and is already relisted once https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/mg-ztt-es...p2047675.l2557 They guy seems to know his stuff and says hes had a few but Ive not jumped at it at the price. Then this morning on my daily internet search there's this 75 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/254696984227 less than 20 miles from home but there's damage to the rear passenger door and some to bumper too and a spot of rust to the bonnet. Is it feasable to think that a replacement door in the same colour would be a good match? I think he's ambitious putting a buy it now of £1000 |

1st one is strong money in that condition.. Also looks like either the spring has gone offside rear or rear arm is in trouble. Prob best to steer clear. 2nd is pretty rough too but i've had success replacing doors, bonnet etc and getting a fair colour match and its a reasonably common colour however it's going to take some work to make it tidy again. Might be worth a punt at £300 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mgztt-CDT...oAAOSwMMNfPXEu Bit further away but much nicer. Worth travelling to if it goes at that price and a local member might be able to take a look at it for you first?

Well spotted on the rear offside on the first one, didn't notice that!
