Long shot: BU03AEN/S8ERK history?
I bought this 2003 ZT in May last year with only 28k miles but unfortunately have no service history for it. It came with the personal plate so I had to ask DVLA for the original number which they've now helpfully provided.
Does anyone have any direct or indirect knowledge of the car? Also how to go about trying to obtain dealer history? Thanks. Dougie.

It's very difficult to chase vehicle history now since the DVLA no longer divulge previous owner details as willingly. With a 'BU' reg the car may well have been registered as an MGR fleet car but there's no guarantee.
Hopefully you'll get a positive response in this thread. Alternatively try the various groups on Facebook.

Cars registered to the MGR fleet would often wear BX or BU plates. This would include press cars and directors cars. If you have the original handbook, the dealer stamp will indicate of your car is an MGR fleet car.

The number T28 PAW no longer exists but it's possible it was transferred off the car and subsequently let go. The car may still be in existence and has my handbook! It had 69,000 miles at its last service in Oct 2015. Dougie.
