Put your arm in the gap that the arrow is pointing to, you can reach it that way.

After some rummaging around I think I found it. I could possibly remove the bolt but how do I unclip it? Do I have to squeeze it or something seems quite difficult with one hand.

After some cursing and great difficulty I managed to replace the crankshaft sensor. Unfortunately though I still have the same problem ☹️. The engine is turning but does not start?

Hi Pat,

Ask an assistant to turn the engine over whilst you listen for the fuel pump operating. You'll either need to lift the rear seat cushion or remove the fuel filler cap and place your ear at the open pipe. The pump should be buzzing as long as the starter is operating.
