I think the income from the canal is one of, if not the largest of Egypts incomes. Around fifty vessels a day use it.

Default My idea is...

I would see which way the water flows and use some explosives some distance away to create a bow wave, the force of the wave could free the ship due to the instant rise of the water, waiting for tidal height is pointless. It only needs the correct force at the right time to move it as it's already floating.
