Default I always liked this shot of this car !

At the time I did not realise(Illusion) the picture came across as a car going down the production track at Longbridge, but with that yellow frame behind, it gives it the longbridge feel.

Not many outdoor pictures can give you that...

I'm not trying to be rude but I see this as a Rover 75 in a shed with some ramps in the background along with a few other cars.

I am genuinely interested to hear how you percieve the photograph. What engages you to like this particular shot?

Just a question, I'm not trying to be funny.

Yea, no probs...its the illusion to me if you glance rather than look deeply, it gives you a feel of the car coming down the track, like with the doors open as they would on the track, with the workers, working on the car.

as I said its an illusion shot, It does not imply that it is a real track shot. I hope that explains, my liking of this shot.

yeah I get it the dark almost grubby factory feel yet with the pristine cars standing out at you yes first glance could almost be, but to look to deep shatters the illusion

what makes the image more interesting is that that car is a '08' plate..

Default Picture

I must say, as a fan of the MK 1s, who thinks the updates progressively ruined the car, that is an impressive picture.

I like the photo too, the light creates a lightening strike effect on the front of the bonnet and the contrast of the new car in a grubby setting makes it look very good, i'm a MK1 tourer owner but i'm more and more liking the MK2 front, looks very modern still..
