Default Mg rover cars

I thought I would do a bit of digging at the end of 2011 the following Rover cars from the MG Rover era were still in service, not including the Rover group era. To the nearest 1000

ROVER 25 111,000 STILL ON THE ROAD
ROVER 45 52,000 STILL ON THE ROAD
ROVER 75 76,400 STILL ON THE ROAD
ROVER STREETWISE 6,500 OTR

245,900 ROVERS

MG ZR 41600 OTR

MG ZS 15800 OTR
MG ZT /TT 16100 OTR

73,500 MG CARS

COMBINED BRITISH MG ROVERS>319400

The ROVER GROUP FIGURES ALL
MAESTRO,MONTEGO,METRO, MORRIS ITAL ETC...

MONTEGO >1250 CARS OTR
MAESTRO> 1600 OTR
METRO >10400
ROVER 100> 8000 OTR
ROVER 200 >24,000
ROVER 400> 13,000
ROVER 600> 16,000
ROVER 800> 3,500
MORRIS ITAL> 58 CARS LEFT OTR

77808 ROVER GROUP CARS STILL ON THE ROAD
, None of these figures are for the BL era.

total combined MG ROVER AND ROVER GROUP 397200

MOST LIKELY WITH British Leyland half a million cars......good stuff one would imagine our big rover 75's will go the same way as the big Rover 800's low low low, but look at the Morris Ital just 58 cars left... lets give the morris motors a cheer!!

Interesting.

Does it take into account cars outside this country? Proportionately the V8's are increasing then of the 16100 ZT's there's around 500 or so V8's

You've got too much time on your hands Martin.
