I know this is first and for most a car club, not a not a confessionary for illnesses , but feel I must talk to someone or go mad as I am on my own now ,and yes I still talk to her but she is no longer with me after 59 years,so perhaps I am going mad,get straight to it or knowing me I will be here all night some couple of months ago found hard lump under the front of my ribcage went to my doc about it and he instantly said well that is your liver and will send you for ct scan said I expect it could be return of your Cancer from couple of years ago and he was spot on unfortunately , the worst part about it this time is there is nothing they can do,it's terminal what can I say after such a statement I am noticing it in my driving and walking giddiness our loved ones are out there so have not driven since my audi a4 2.7tdi is up for sale on e bay I wont put the item number down as I may be breaking the rules of the club,am going to hand in my driving licence too,but have had a ball with you guys of that thank you very much it was great being a part of a great club, going to cut it short guys started on this thread feeing quite ok but in this short time don't feel so good.====GARY.

Gary, first and foremost you are among friends here and I think I speak for all when I say we are all routing for you. I can't imagine what you must be going through at the moment but if you are feeling low, remember you can always pop in here for some light relief.

Please feel free to list your Audi that's on ebay if you wish, you are a paid subscriber so put a link up if it will help.

Take care, and all the very best.

Paul.

Hi Gary,

We have met on many occasions and you have always been a true gentleman and an inspiration to me on how to conduct ones self.

I had the pleasure of meeting your wife and having dinner at yours and will always remember that evening fondly Sir.

If you ever need to talk you know where I am and please whatever you do, don't be a stranger on here.
You have many, many friends here and even if your not driving but you fancy going down to the Halfway House or to any other meet it would be a privilege to take you along.

Ros and I send all our love to you and do hope we get to catch up soon.
