It's the union flag when it's on land, but I agree about it being wrong her getting arrested.

Unless it happened again this is a story from May 2013 and a) it was unclear that she was actually arrested (she was certainly detained) and b) the reason for her detention was not given as due to her wearing the flag ...

I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with what happened just stating that this is "old news" and its bound to happen these days of "heightened tension" when our identities are being threatened by the evil that is ISIS and their ilk!!

My mate got arrested for wearing Adidas Samba...... well he was burgling a house at the time, whilst on drugs, and had just beaten the owner senseless, however he was wearing Adidas Samba.
