Diesels don't have Cam Belts.

The previous 75 I bought from a trader,who seemed to sell everything with traction control,after travelling 300 miles,I asked him where the 't/c' button was,as it was advertised with t/c.

Very low mileage for a diesel - but they probably mean auxiliary belts.
Not a bad price if it's in good nick, either.
