Chrome Door Finishers - Bargain
The other day I posted a thread about a seller selling new OEM door finishers on eBay.
After I linked to them on here they sold in seconds and then the seller relisted. They appeared to have more than one set and that got my attention as I know these are rare. I linked to the new auction and Micky bought them. The seller relisted a third time - interest piqued, I got a friend to buy them then contacted the seller to ask how many they had. The explanation was they bought a BOX full of them from a New Old Stock car parts auction. Incredibly lucky. The set I bought arrived today, they're exactly as represented. The seller has now, on advice, relisted the ones he has as a multiple item auction. People looking for a set grab them now, they're a bargain, and once they're gone, they're gone. That's an amazing stroke of luck for the seller. In the past, I've seen sets of these sell for way more than he's asking.

Certainly fits my experience with him Artic.

Yes, crofts are rubbish and don't sit properly.
You'll notice the OEM ones recessed to the profile of the chrome handle parts. Much nicer finish and look. |
