Droplinks again

Hi everyone,
I have a dreaded droplink knocking again. So far I've tried Delphi ones which seemed to be longest lasting ones lasted about 7 months the euro car parts ones which lasted from a few days to about a month and now the DMGRS ones which both times lasted about 2 months. I could probably get another warranty replacement but what's the point I'd it goes again in 2 months. Has anyone got any experience with what rimmers sells as orginal? There a few heavy duty ones on Ebay as well but I dont know if they can be trusted to fit properly.
Edit: hopefully my new neighbourhood that hasn't got speed bumps is going to be kinder at droplinks as well

I have used these in the past and they lasted more than any of the above, Unipart were good when you could get them, currently a set as been on a car for 3 years and still going.

Any that you buy now always add some extra grease into the rubbers, using a small syringe

A lot of drop links now are only any good for 12 months poor i know but alas that is what is happening.

Is this a normal fault? I've had to change mine last Saturday and previously a few months before. I don't mind the work, but surely they should be lasting a little longer. Does adding extra grease to the ball help? Also does anyone know off an Air suspension kit to fit a 2.0 CDTi Connoisseur.

I was fed up of drop links going bad, Delphi surprised me and only lasted a few thousand miles so I went mad and ordered some with a 4 year no quibble guarantee from DMGRS. More expensive but hopefully see out the distance, if not they have a guarantee.

It shouldn't be but it seems like the ones in the market nowadays are just absolute rubbish. Personally I wouldn't bother with air suspension we've had Range Rovers for the past 3 decades in the family so.......

The ones on the car now are from DMGRS one lasted 2 months started knocking got a warranty replacement 2 months later it's gone again so even with the warranty I'm fed up

Fitted Lemforders last year, lasted less than 10 months and about 3,000 miles.

If you grease them make sure that the grease is plastic/nylon compatible or it may speed up the wear!
