Rover 75 Roof Rails Mounting Rubbers
This is a long shot but someone might be able to help.
I have a pair of genuine Rover roof bars (CAB100370) for Rover 75 saloon. The four fixing bolts are secured through black mounting 'rubbers'. One of these rubbers has split and I have improvised by using a gasket which seems to work fine. Nevertheless I would prefer to use an original mounting rubber if I can source one. I've searched on line with no success. Any suggestions would be welcome. |

I'm fairly sure they were listed on Rimmers, only about a month or so ago, and very reasonably priced, I thought.

Yes, they look exactly right.
I was lucky enough to have a 75 as my last company car, in 2000. I bought the factory roof bars, a few months later; and never did sell them. I had a feeling that I would get another 75 at some time in the future. Regards Mike

Rover 75 Roof Rails Mounting Rubbers
Thanks to all for replies. I have seen Rimmerbros mounting rubbers but they are different shape to mine. I'll probably have to make do with the gasket that I have used to replace split mounting rubber. Thanks again.

Albabhoy.
I have to say that I'm surprised that the Rimmer pads look different to yours They certainly look like mine, and as I said, I bought Factory bars. They came from the Rover Main Dealer, and included the plastic tie down pieces, all in a maroon coloured bag. The Rover Viking is on both bars. Regards Mike
