Default shark fin connections

Hi,

I am in the process of fitting a shark fin aerial to my 75, but undecided as to where to make the two connections to power it up.

Read a few posts on here and not a lot of discussion on the connections. I was going to make the join to the rear courtesy light but read that may not work, or the existing antenna connection to the rear quarter panel , but not sure where to connect.

Can anyone let me know where they have installed and connected theres up.

Many thanks. Steve.

Don't have a link to the one i have, have had the item for a while in the shed, but it is a dab/fm shark fin with the two red and black leads( these are the same length as the dab and fm leads so i suppose i could take them to the front of the car if easier for connecting?!)

Steve
