Default loom part number-help!

Hi all

Just bought the upgrade kit off ebay with the symphony and matching cd chnager. Perfect kit and a bargain but its going into a ZTV8 and its just hit me that half the glovebox on this is taken up by the ventilation system!

Anyone know the loom part number to run the unit to a boot mounted 'changer?

No big deal if I can't do it as I'm 95% set on buying a 75 to go with the ZT anyway :-)))))

You don't actually need to buy a new loom - just extend the exisiting wires in the loom you already have I believe a few members have done this themselves - frees up the glovebox for other items and moves the CD changer into the boot to reduce noise from it too.

Yep done that....the genuine loom is no longer available, If you want it in the boot then you need to take your existing loom and slice an extra 5m of cable in between. There is a how to....somewhere I wrote up when I did mine.

Did you mean one of these David?
Quite handy to have for those people wanting to fit Sat Nav at some time.
