There is an AV input and a reversing camera input, but only a mono sound input the OEM Hi-Line TV tuner is only mono (not nicam) anyway

Any third party tuner needs to have NTSC output PAL will not work

This is one of the more expensive DVB-T tuners I've seen on eBay, but it is a dual / diversity tuner (which I assume means that it has two receiver modules which either doubles the signal strength or allows the unit to pick the better of of the signals). (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...ype=osi_widget)

The connection diagram included may be of use. It shows that you keep the original TV tuner and also have a separate input for DVD player or play-station. This firm sell other, cheaper digital tuners.

I recall someone (JohnDotCom?) saying that they were preparing an article on this topic for a car magazine. Has anything come of that yet?

Regards,
Kearton
