Ah I had this problem when fitting my exhaust. Same type. Had to play around and bend both brackets to get to sit right.

Which direction did you have to bend them though Alex - inwards/outwards (as per red axis below) - or forwards/backwards (blue axis)?



Of course the other way to do this would be to ditch the existing rods altogether and use a two-piece cradle instead (similar to this) but then that big hump becomes a problem.

What make & part number was yours btw?

So tell us! Who did make it, then? I've got a near identical one on my ZT 180 auto and would be very interested to know the manufacturer.

The one in my post 12 pic is Klarius. The one in the post 13 link has just had longer tailpipes welded on.
