Thumbs down What broke on your 75 or ZT today?

As per the title, a new and interesting insight into our cars as they age and inevitably become less reliable as an everyday means of transport.

This could be used to create a "most likely to happen" scenario for other owners

I shall start the ball rolling with........

Today I ordered a three part LUK clutch kit for the ZT diesel from Eurocarparts, after driving fifteen miles in heavy traffic with no clutch pedal 25000 miles after a complete clutch was fitted by Sunwin Rover at a cost of £850 to the previous owner

My offside lamp blew again, bulb only lasted a day and a half (I think I might have got oil on the bulb when I installed it). Our drivers side window won't keep up so I have to urgently order a new motor and rail kit from the bay of E's.

Started out as just a brake light out on my tourer, now I need a new rear light cluster as the plastic mounting disintegrated, and one of the plastic socket mounts fell apart too.

Is that not down to the custard cream steering wheel, and the lack of service history and second key though

Wellllll, not today but yesterday I had to disconnect the battery due to the offside headlight randomly flashing on (with the ignition off) and illuminating the house opposite. Earlier the offside rear and repeater indicator lamps were permanently on.

This is probably connected with the rainwater coming in the rear offside (pouring into the CD changer) maybe through the window seal, the rainwater filling up the nearside rear and the well under the passenger seat to the extent you could see the water above the carpet (I suspect sunroof drain) and the rainwater coming in through the blanking plate under the bonnet release.
