Default Impressed!

After breaking a Grip Tite socket today while trying to do something that it's not really meant to do, I dropped an Email to the manufacturers who have sent me a new 12mm socket from the USA ... no questions asked, no "send me the receipt/photos" etc.

Nice one.
Haven’t heard of grip tite, but Good to see a manufacturer who tries to stand by their product, with no questions asked.

What do you mean "tries to stand by their product"?

They just did. No questions asked.
They deserve an unqualified statement.
