Good morning early risers, what’s everybody up to?
Our 3 weeks at the beach is up and we will shortly be heading up north and into Tsavo for a stop off at one of the lodges. It breaks the 10 hour drive to Nairobi and it is a chance see the wild animals in the bush. The Mombasa-Nairobi A109 is notoriously dangerous and corrupt from the police and army road blocks along the way, but it’s all part of the trip. It’s a hard life for retirees, catch you later

The only wild animal this morning here is a vole which we rescued from the cat!

Up for the paper before 7 this morning,could not get over the number of young 9/10 yr old kids walking the streets so early.
