My heart is working fine as I’m manage to do more distance walking to get much fitter.

Thank you Richard for putting everything in perspective.

In March 2022, I felt my heart rate was irregular and was put on a monitor. A week later I was admitted into resuscitation in A&E with 2nd degree heart failure which sounds worse than it actually is. I spent a week in hospital, one night ICU, 2 nights in Coronary Care. The irregular and slow heart beat was caused by medication. A year on, I survived and came out of it.

Anything to do with the heart can be scary and fear can make it worse, so it’s important to learn to relax and not become hysterical. This applies to everything.

Here I am in ICU on various heart and lung monitors. A year on, the heart is much better.

Hoping for a successful outcome for you.

That must have given you a serious thought about your heart. Mine is fine it has always had the heart has been, it might be different when tested. But it has been for a long time I can remember about it. When it’s not raining or wet here, I’m starting to do some longing walk to give me more energy for the longer walking.

It's been a cracking sunny day today & the seedlings/plants in the greenhouse thank the weather gods
Still sore as heck after the stairs fall so I've done next to nowt again. I've got some big black & blue bruises to show for it.

The lawns could do with mowing maybe tomorrow.

Blimey Phil You ain't half been through the mill with your health.

Still no joy getting those PSA blood tests sorted I've tried three times to speak with the relevant dept today to no avail, My missus has been trying too with no luck Ringing Bolton bloods dept to arrange them they say I need a pink slip off urology so back to square one, My doc doesn't want to authorise them until I've been in touch with Bolton urology Christies just refer us back to Bolton urology too I give up.

Lincolnshire sausages new potatoes, carrots, cabbage, peas & onion gravy for tea tonight.

It’s a bit far to come with my Ryobi electric mower to cut the lawns, especially by the train etc.

Cool

Evening all.

Had an easy day. Just done the washing and got it out on the whirly thingy. It was a strong breeze kept turning the perishing thing round.

Took two bags of garden rubbish up the tip in the wee car.

Sold my huge garden parasol which I bought last year. Sold it on Marketplace on Facebook. The chap that bought it came to collect it, and he fell in love with Banana. So a conversation on her history was related.

Then I took my neighbour, who came out of hospital last week after suffering from severe vertigo, up to the garden centre to get some pots. I closely watched him walk, it was like following a drunk. But he was ok.

Gammon, roast taters and spinach for tea.
