Changed the oil and filter on the CDTi Tourer this afternoon.
Used a Silverline suction pump to drain the oil and filled up with Shell Helix.
Changing the filter was a breeze too. Wish it was all this easy.

fitted led fogs, fitted 55W 8K HIDs cleaned off the polka dot effect from the engine cover after the previous headlight refurb then sat and drank beer admiring the shinyness

Today I ordered a new Battery for my 75 & decided it was time I changed my old analogue needle type multi meter & got myself an updated digital one

The digital gives a more accurate reading (at least with my eyesight!) but - they do have a problem with accuracy if the battery runs down and have no way of adjusting to compensate. The other problem is that they are quite slow to respond to changes. so a varying or intermittent voltage doesn't get picked up where on the analogue you see the needle twitching. Wish I still had a decent analogue one.

Yes I'm just finding out what you mean, I love the big accurate readout too, I'd used the old analogue one for many years but it got some water damage in the garage when it flooded & I was getting varying readings so it was time to go

Well Yesterday to be honest,

Changed the oil and filter on the ZT190,
first time I've done it so it took a while what a job getting the sump plug out checked the level using the run till hot, switch off, then wait five minutes method, I'm going to see if it makes any difference to the throttle body rubber elbow collecting oil.

Also solved the no reverse lights or reversing sensor (common) problem, new reverse switch on order.

Octagonally yours,
