Good morning Bob, good morning Richard and good morning to the guests

We also had heavy rains last night, great for the farmers and the gardeners, although it is not cold here like in the UK.

I am packed and stocked up with snacks to eat on the 12 hour flight for Monday in case the food is inedible: 2 bars of chocolate, 4 packets of biscuits and a bag of salt n vinegar crisps. Last night the airline emailed and invited me to upgrade to business class with a flat bed seat for $220. I suspect they have many vacancies in the business class cabin and are hoping to fill up the seats by dropping the price to a fraction of what they usually cost. Anyway I have decided to stick with economy

What’s everyone up to?

Morning all, it’s lashing down here this morning, certainly making up for the nice weather we had yesterday.

No reply or response to anything.

I'm going to B&Q on tomorrow for laminate flooring, I'll call in again to see if there is any sign of him.

Morning all, wet and dull here. Thanks Graham, hope you find someone at home. It’s a bit concerning that he hasn’t responded to any of us.

Morning all - I'm afraid the blue skies and bright, but cold, sunshine seem to have done a runner. It's grey, not really daylight, persisting down and thoroughly miserable - definitely a day for being indoors - at least the wind appears to have died down.
Time to book some holidays methinks - gives you something to look forward to

I did that in October, the trouble is that August seems so far away!

Afternoon all, It's been a cold day with showers here, I haven't ventured far from the front of the fire this afternoon.
