I believe the Halfords gromets are an exact fit.

Halfords part code HFX 216 gives you a pack of 2 13mm grommets and 2 9 mm ones for £2.69. The 13mm ones fit our cars.

I've just had the strips off one of mine and replaced the blanks with new ones. I have three old ones available if you want them.
