HID conversations
Hi everyone,
My new 75 came with halogen projectors and even though I've fitted brighter bulbs the light output of them is pathetic and since winter is coming I would like to upgrade to HIDs. Any ideas what kits would fit the 75 and not throw any errors. Regards, Thanos |

Thanks for your replies,
No the lenses are perfectly clear, I don't know how this kit would fit in the projectors because they have the twist on clip rather than the spring clip on the standanrd headlights. I wouldn't go any higher than 6000k it gets too blue for my liking anyway. Regards, Thanos |

Hi Ron. Have you got these? How long have you had them fitted? Do they fit ordinary halogen headlights? MK one?

How can it fail if from, the link '(although no government inspection will take place)' ? This is a topic that has been done to death on these forums. It will fail under certain criteria. Fitting hid into projectors, if using e.marked bulbs should pass, as long as adjustment can take.place. (if washers are fitted, they are testable and must work, if not fitted, the owner cannot.be disadvantaged by this and therefore will pass, ie if it cant be tested, it cannot fail lol. ) all other light tests must pass. Eg beam pattern etc. Some.cars came.from.the factory without auto levelling and washing in the mid to late 90s. These cars will pass. Sent from my SM-A600FN using Tapatalk
