Default Unknown plug - what's out for?

Hi anyone know what this plug is used for, tucked up inside the centre console just in front of the hand brake?

Thanks

That's for warp speed mate - we tend to unplug them in case we end up in another dimension - best leave it be

I know some markets had a seat belt warning circuit. It could be for that I suppose, I've had all the centre console out on mine before but don't recall any spare plugs or one that looked like that.

What the OP doesn't say is its a 260, says so in his profile so comparing with a 190 etc is probably irrelevant! I've never poked around inside the centre console so no idea if mine has the same plug. Maybe another 260 owner might be able to shed some light on it

Fair comment - I'll try the 260s forum.
Thanks
