will disconnecting the temperature sensor
Will disconnecting the temperature sensor, fool the FBH into thinking it is cold and so start up when the engine is started?

Nope, it needs the sensor in the circuit to allow it to work, if you want to fire it up, you can spray some freeze spray on the sensor to trick it, or earth out the wire on the connector on to of he unit.

You dont have to open the plug, just remove the small rubber bung from the hole where the wire goes.
