Looks worse having one on the side of the road broken down without one. People would think.. "What No triangle.. Were they cheap or what?"

The principle remains. Why would one have bought a breakdown aid in advance. It undoubtedly implies we think our cars are likely to breakdown

seller say you may need one with this marque..
i have one in case,the boot mounted variety..out of a 400 saloon but with a small mod as good as the 75 version. |

With a quip like that in the ad. (patronising to say the least). It would only make me buy elsewhere, even if I had to pay more. I have had one from very nearly day one as I think they should be standard equipment, as they are in many marques.
I've had warning triangles since as long as I can remember in several cars. Just nice to have a purpose made job. (Boot mounted) In my case. The case from my old one which came from a Vdub Kombi had become very tatty. Still got somewhere. |
