AJ -
Would be interested to know the approximate cost of the conversion. Do all conversions place the cylinder in the spare wheel well? Thought I had seen one where it was lengthwise behind the rear seat - or is that just on saloons? I suppose that arrangement may be impractical for the Tourer? My V6 costs me about 18p a mile in petrol - what does LPG work out at? PM me if you prefer. Robert
I only got it back from www.lpg-cars.co.uk yesterday, so over the next few weeks and months I'll working it out. I went for the Platinum Service with 3 years parts and labour warranty and unlimited milage at a cost of £1880.00

As for tanks, you can have what tank you want where-ever you want it, more or less? I opted for a smaller tank in the wheel well so the spare could sit on top. I'm having to do a little mod to the board in the boot, so the wheel and the tank is under the board and out of the way. I'll post some photo's when I'm done.

Thanks for that. My car is 9 yrs old but has done just 22,000 miles - will have to do a lot more to justify the cost I think. But definitely food for thought!
