If its ash he must of been on 200 a day, I think £120 sounds a bit dear, but I wouldnt have a clue what they go for.

By the state of the seats and what we can see of the interior it looks like it has been under water. Bet it smells nice.

Been offered them for £100, or £120 with matching door cards.

Bad point is it's 130 mile round trip to pick them up.

How much effort is it to swap them out, and are they more comfortable?

What do you think?

Hi Jack, I've switched channels, and am answering here now rather than on .org.

I personally think they would be a great addition to the interior, especially with the colour coded door cards (not all Blue Monaco's had the door cards too).

£120 for the lot seems a bargin to me, and would make your interior a little more unique to the run of the mill ones.

As far as I recall from reading on here, the seats are a direct swap out - just undo the torx bolts (providing both seats are non electric) and disconnect airbags.

lots of members have done door card removals too, I think there's even a how to somewhere.

I say go for it.

Doubt there will be any difference in the comfort stakes.
If you decide to go ahead they will make a significant difference in the individuality stakes especially with matching door cards. (Fair amount of work to fit those, replacing chairs is relatively simple apart from the rear back.)

Three caveats. Don't pay up front if you can avoid it and inspect carefully the foam inside the seats. If they have been in a flood you will never get the smell out of them. The drivers chair bolster, as I said earlier, looks in poor condition, it will cost the same again to have that repaired. No amount of conditioner will cover cracking but may give it a bit more life.

Hope it works out for you.
