Default TOAF Android App

Hi
I've just tried this app, and it talks to the engine and automatic gearbox fine. It found an inactive VIS motor, number 2, not sure whether this is balancer or power.....P1472 is the code. I replaced both motors back in 2007, so they are both overdue for renewal! Also it states the following issue in the gearbox, although it seems to be working ok : 1605 - EAT ECU EEPROM
Invalid signal
Errors saved

Anyway, the main reason I wanted it was to diagnose the ABS issues I'm having. Unfortunately, it won't talk properly to this module. It says there are faults, but does not list them. All of the other vehicle modules behave in the same manner. I thought it may only be reading basic obd2 protocol, like Torque Pro, but the gearbox would not be included in that case.

Any thoughts?

Question

I wouldn't mind giving TOAF for Android a try as the not very old battery on my Windows laptop has failed recently - supposedly still charging but always 0% available now. I didn't know that an Android version was available, do you have a download link for it?

I'm using a KKL modified Proscan cable, purchased on Ebay as specifically TOAF compatible. It does not specify use with Android, although it should be fully compatible with the otg adaptor. The fact that it partially works is very odd....

Ah I see - you're using an adapter to plug the cable into your phone or tablet. I've just bought a BMW cable to use with TOAF but hasn't arrived yet - I'll give it a go with android too and report back

And is it fully functional for you on Android?

Would you provide a link please? I can't find any 'KKL proscan cable TOAF compatible'. Thanks a lot.
May this one be convenient?
