Unhappy IPK problem

Hello,
does anyone have the file to virginalize the ipk?
I have often had the PPPP message and also the Err message on the odometer.
However I see that on the LSM, EWS and ECU the mileage is correct with the odometer...
Any suggestions for solving this problem? I think that only virginalizing the eeprom will be able to correct it, so I'm looking for the file to flash and virginalize...
Thanks

It's a firmware bug in the ipk's processor so not fixable.

There was a bulletin from river describing this issue and the fix was to have another unit installed.

Far easier to turn the ign off and on again!
