2 Din 7" dvd player

I was looking at this 7" MOTORIZED +TOUCH SCREEN+ BLUETOOTH CAR DVD/CD PLAYER and was wondering if this would be ok in a 75. Also would the steering wheel controls still work?

I had the same idea as you, started at looking at these cheap units, thinking how good they are, but to get what spec i wanted (Orange illumination, steering wheel controls) the cost has gone up 7times, but you can get adapters to work with the steering wheel but manly for big known brands,
