Virtual PC experience
Hi,
Anyone here have any experience of Virtual PC 6 or 7 on Mac?? I use Parallels on my macBook and its great, but from time to time it would be usefull to run a virtual PC on an old PowerMac i have. I have iEmulator which is ok, but i wondered how much faster Virtual PC is? If i understand correctly Microsoft went to some effort to tune it up? |

Try VMware's virtualzation products. I use them on PC's/Linux Boxes and x86 servers for years and really like them.

I run VPC 7.0 on my dual 2 Gig G5 Powermac. Like wading through treacle, I only use it occasionally to access RAVE CD and that is all. Once fired up and you have your app open it is OK but switching app is slow. Bit like an 030.

What a Grand description there GG, I agree the EPC is much better just running it on one of the PC Laptops I find myself, but could be doing something wrong,
being fairly new to this Mac Laptop. LOL. |
