Good morning Ian, I was sorry to read about the struggles you had been having with the P at the moment.

Thank you for mentioning Bit defender which I downloaded and will try.

Just had a flare up of dental pain which isn’t surprising.

A good friend pm’d a photo of a horse with big horses teeth to
cheer me. It certainly brought a smile to my face

Great food photos, do keep them coming, thank you

Morning, we had another snow last night and it’s got about another inch covering together, I wish this white snow would disappear, I HATE the stuff.

Morning from a relatively snow free part of Scotland.

Steve, if you remember last summer I used a Bot to access online appointments for a new UK passport. The Bot accessed HM passport appointments every minute From 07:55 Monday when a set number of online appointments were released to the public, then when I got through, a message flagged up on my laptop screen saying I had been successful in getting through to the appointments section, but only 12 appointments were available and at the time Belfast was the only office offering face to face appointments for the whole of the UK.

I discovered the Bot on a community HM Passport Blog set up by a do-gooder for anyone to use and it worked

I wonder if a similar facility/blog/bot exists for visa appointments? It could be worthwhile checking it out.

Good luck!
It was initially Ging who phoned the helpline but she couldn't even understand the recorded info and "press 1 to..." options (also in a heavy Indian accent) at the start of the call.

Ging's work pattern is so random a bot, if it exists, wouldn't really work. If an appointment becomes available would need to check Ging's shifts before booking it.

Morning all, What a night!, that wind was howling down the bedroom chimney for most of the night, It's abated this morning but proper taters out there with a dusting of snow again.

Morning Phil, Yeah the peeing is as bad as it's ever been I've stopped taking the Tamulosin meds as the side effects are getting too debilitating for me, They're listed on the fact sheet that comes in the box, Palpitations, breathlessness & feeling dizzy when standing up from a sitting position.

Just climbing the stairs leaves me panting for breath I need to get in touch with Christies again to see if there's another med.

Good morning Ian

Why not ask them to catheterise you and connect you to a catheter bag for the duration of your treatment. It’s much easier to manage than suffering like that.

Just had a call from the dentist. Can I be there today at 3pm. I said - yes.

Catch you later.

Morning all,

A wet and miserable day here. Today's work has been rescheduled for next week due to the weather.
Oh well, I'll be on coffee and biscuits duty today. Got to keep the bathroom fitter fed and watered
