Default Maybe a front shock issue?

Hi all, most of the suspension on my ZT was quite tired when I bought it, so it's had the trailing arm pivot bushes, front drop links and rear shocks done recently.

The front shocks sound quite tired too but also aren't leaking and haven't failed a bounce test etc.

On a certain stretch of road near me when I'm travelling at 60/70 mph it feels as if the front of the car is bouncing, if I don't back off it can feed back through the steering and feel quite frightening.

I'm pretty sure I've heard of this before described as tramping?

Anyhow I just wondered if anyone had experienced this before, I don't think it's wheel balance as it's fine at the aforementioned speed everywhere else.

If I did need to replace shocks, Rover 75 ones should fit fine? I've fitted 75 shocks to rear, I just wondered if I would be ok fitting the shorter springs into a 75 shock?
